We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For specific shipping information, you will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Orders generally take a maximum of 1-2 weeks to reach you. However this may vary for commissioned custom orders - see below.


For all international orders, please allow a maximum of 3-4 weeks for your items to reach you.

Will there be delays due to Covid-19?

There may be slight delays with processing and shipping orders out due to the effect Covid-19 has had on many businesses and postage handlers and customs. Please allow some extra time for your order to reach you!

What is your refund and returns policy?

Most products (including art prints and canvas prints) are made to order, so unfortunately there is a no-refund and no-returns policy in place.

This policy is heavily emphasised on all digital purchases and BLM prints and donations. These will not be refunded.

However, if you receive a damaged item, send an email to with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving it, and we will be sure to send out a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Will my items be sent out separately?

It depends as each order is different.

We will try our best to send all your items in one package, however in instances where the items do not all fit in one parcel, multiple will be sent out.

If this is the case, you will receive an email with information in regards to your items and how they will be shipped.

Will my prints get damaged in the mail?

We hope not!! All prints are packaged using heavy duty packaging to prevent the print from bending, tearing and getting damaged by the rain.

Fragile items are reinforced with protective packing and linings to minimise and prevent any damage in transit.

However, if you receive a damaged item, please send an email through to with a photo within 14 days of receiving the item/s, and we will send out a replacement if necessary.
